Coffee and Tea

I love tea a lot, definitely one of my favorite drinks ever. Green tea is the best, especially when I can get my hands on genuine tea leaves and brew it myself! It's good for you too, and tastes amazing... There's lots of different varieties too- jasmine, sencha, gunpowder... I also love chamomile and red, but I'll basically drink anything but fruit tea.
But you know, I just can't understand what's so good about coffee. Don't get me wrong, I've had some good brews- but what's the big deal? Is it because caffeine doesn't work on me? One time I had two big cups of caffeinated coffee and fell asleep at 10:30. But one day I had an espresso and I couldn't sit still all night! I never know what it's going to do to me... And most of the time it just tastes like sewer water, am I doing something wrong?
I've tried it with sugar and milk and I've still found that I prefer it black, so...
You know, I'll just stick to hot chocolate.

both coffee and tea can be terrible or heavenly and it all depends on who makes it and how. both are affected by ingredient quality, initial preparation, storage methods, quality and temp and length and method of brew. and what you brew it in. not to mention modifiers and how/when/out of what you drink it! they're both highly complex drinks that are very fun and interesting to experiment with~Posted November 22nd, 2015 at 9:36 PM by Aquacorde
