Right, so.

I don't like politics, but let me talk about how afraid I am.

I'm kind of afraid for the future of LGBT since Pence is the vp officially now, and being mostly LGBT myself, I'm not afraid of Trump, I'm more afraid of Pence because he's for shock therapy, I'm also afraid that they took down the LGBT page on whitehouse.gov and all that jazz.

I'm also afraid of what's gonna happen to people with disabilities, since I've seen how ableist the president is in some of his rhetoric.

I will say I voted for Hillary. I don't think my vote was a waste... I'm not sure how I feel about the election hacking, and whether it was real or not, but once I heard about the hacking, that's when I knew it was over for her, but what's done is done. Trump is now officially president.

I don't care if you guys support Trump or not. When the Election was over in November, I wasn't about to end friendships over who supported Trump or Hillary. I really don't care anymore. That's your business, not mine.

(I mean, I don't have many friends to begin with, so.)

Anyway, I'm VERY vocal about this. I don't go to protests and riot, though, but my fear won't be calmed for the next four (or less) years...

The spanish-language page was taken down too, and they keep saying they'll "have it up asap" but they are taking longer than usual.

Your vote was definitely not wasted.

Voter-fraud isn't real. Trump has yet to provide evidence; he says he'll have it investigated, but even the intel-agencies are all like "nu, you stupid mango". And then there's the whole "I'm winning now, so I don't care" thing.

Anyway, even if Pence usurps Trump (which we all expect), simply signing an executive order doesn't guarantee action. Obama signed one to close Gitmo, yet it's still open. Basically, if anyone in the House or Senate disagree with an order, they can combat it long enough to delay it for an apparent eight years, then maybe forever. So if an anti-LGBT order is signed, then all we can do is make sure that we elect the right people to DC when we really need them.

And as a Texan, I'd like to take this moment to apologize for Ted Cruz. All we wanted was for him to get the hell outta Texas, so we elected him to the far, far away Senate. Now we see the error in our ways.
