"Monthly Moddity" is, as the name probably suggests, is a once-a-month edition to the Daily Bloggity that reflects the month's events on a Moderator standpoint, as well as reflecting on goals that I have set myself the previous month. The point of this is to actually get things done as well as working on improving my activity. It will usually appear sometime at the beginning of each month at 5PM Eastern Time.

It’s been a long time since I’ve written one of these. If I recall - I’m currently at work right now so I can’t check - the last time I’ve written one of these was in late 2014 when I was first a moderator. Since then, I ended up “quitting” PC - we all know how that goes haha - then coming back and holding a Daily, Twitter SMT, and now my old Video Games moderating position. Talk about coming back with avengeance.

Basically, for the unaware, the Monthly Moddity series is a monthly blog that does it’s best to keep me accountable for my positions. I set myself a series of goals that I try to accomplish, and then at the turn of the month I check to see if the goals are met. With more positions, this will lead to more goals, and hopefully just allow myself to be open and honest with y’all about my performance.

As such, here are the goals for the month of February 2017.
  • 6,550 PC posts
  • 10 Daily articles
  • 20 SMT Tweets
  • Publication of VG splash
  • Video Games Coming Soon segment
