Losing a loved one.

Posted February 10th, 2017 at 8:21 AM by Ghost Nappa

Hello everyone, I know I said today would have been my story about Ramen Spaghetti, but as I was inactive for awhile yesterday I had to attend a funeral of my mother figure who passed away on Groundhog's Day aka February 2, 2017. Her funeral was yesterday afternoon. My brother, his mom (we share the same father) was acting all tough because the (so called) guys who cry are pussies rule. He did cry much for the week up to her funeral but something about her being in the casket just made him sink... I've never seen him legit cry. And I went to comfort him with a basic pat on the shoulder, but for some reason I really started crying as well. I was there for him and I wanted him to know that.

We all talk about how death will come someday. We all act nonchalant about it. But once you see that loved one in the casket know that will be the last time you will see them, it hits like a truck. I know I promised the Ramen Spaghetti story, but I'll write that tomorrow. Everyone have a nice day.

P.S. Sorry for the depressing stuff, I will continue on funny and cooking tomorrow.

I know the feeling, I recently lost my three month old son on December 27th and it hit me hard to the point where I barely speak expect two coworkers and my fiancé. It is hard losing a hard one and it's okay to cry. I know I'm new here and never spoke to each other but I'm here for you
