The Sea Otter Pokémon

Hello, I'm Nichole. A twenty-something, female, Australian, suffering autism/social issues and proud member
of this forum since 2011. Been a childhood fan of Pokemon since I was only 7, and I picked up
my first Pokemon game when I was 11. Pretty much have played every game since then.

Joined PC in March 2011. Became a Community Supporter in October 2012, started off initially as
a Tier 4, since jumped to Tier 5 or as we know them these days, Crystal Tier.
Now I am suddenly a Platinum Tier for whatever reason. Ex Showdown regular, and currently active Tumblr blogger.

Aside from Pokemon, I have a love for cute anime girls, plushies, music and anything that gives
me a good laugh. This blog will mainly be a showcase of stuff I am loving right now, some personal
reviews and ramblings, music, funny stuff, life updates and things going around PC.

I'm getting Unova feelings all over again

So, with the announcement of Pokemon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon and the show of the new Necrozma-armoured forms of Solgaleo and Lunala, I thought back to a certain icy dragon from Unova.

Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon feels so much like Alola's version of Black 2 & White 2, which were fantastic games which redeemed Unova to many people. Not everyone was pleased with Sun & Moon (though pros mostly outweighed cons) and when you consider enhanced versions and remakes, it could redeem Alola much like B2/W2 redeemed Unova.

Stop with the Sinnoh Confirmed jokes, because US/UM deserves Unova Confirmed jokes instead. 7th Generation is pretty much the new 5th Generation, in more hidden shoutouts than you think. Could that be why Colress appeared in Sun & Moon?

Who's with me in getting Unova feels all over again?

    It's too early for Unova remakes. And not really? Not getting Unova vibes at all, as it's an alternate retelling, not a sequel.

    I remember hearing it's an AU (which I hate because it messes up the timeline) but the fact we had the mascot legendaries having parts of another legendary definitely makes me think of B2/W2.
