My poor old computer...

... was more dead then I thought. ;.;

Today I went down to a computer supply store (about an hour and a half one way) to pick up an adapter so I can plug my old laptop HDD into my new laptop (via USB) so I can get the stuff off of it. And come to find out that my old HDD is corrupted. So not only did I waste 4 hours down there (well, my dad did pick up a Netbook for himself) but I also wasted $25... So here's to hoping that I can get my money back. And here's to hoping that I back things up from now on. <_<;;

It's not like I HAD to have the data on there. But some of my newer themes, a ton of pics, and some anime/movies was on there. And I was hoping to transfer all my songs to my new laptop so I could update my iPod (right now I'm having to track down all the songs on my iPod). It's no great loss, but it's just a pain to get EVERYTHING back to the way it was (and it's not going to be 100% because I can't remember all my bookmarks).

    I hated when that happened to the old laptop. I lost most of my ROM Hacking stuff (this was back in '08) and all of my pics and things.
    I'm just glad I have everything like that backed up to a flash drive now. :>
