A random blog where I ramble occasionally about completely pointless stuff. Oh, and all the titles are are lyrics for some reason :P
Going' Underground, goin' underground...

Hai der people.
And so continues the saga of my Pokemon Platinum game. Recently, I contacted the guy who'd sold me the last dodgy one and whined a bit. He said fine, send it back and we'll send you a replacement. So I did, then he did, and to begin with, eveything was rosy. The problem I'd run into most on the last game was the saving taking forever. Luckily, that prblem has been fixed.
But another one hasn't. As you may be able to guess from the thread title, it still freezes up whever I go into the Underground DX All I can deduce from this is that either something's wrong with the DS (unlikely, seeing as Professor Layton works fine, as does the rest of platinum) or there's something wrong with the wireless connection (after all, the undergound does involve Wi-Fi)
I don't even know if this is possible, but could it be because the game is a USA version and the DS is European? Or is that completely impossible. Either way, help me with your advice or, failing that, lots and lots of monies.

USA version vs European DS should make no difference whatsoever. I have 2 DSes, one from the UK and one from NZ. I have games from NZ, Australia, USA and UK, and any of my games work fine on either DS. So I don't know what your problem is, but at least I can eliminate one of the possibilitues, right?Posted September 3rd, 2009 at 9:58 PM by Misheard Whisper
