Does anyone know if 70% Rubbing Alcohol will produce a different effect than 90% when using it in watercolors?

I've actually never tried.. but if so, I doubt that there would be too much of a difference. If you dilute the 70% to like.. 20% with regular water, obviously you'd notice a difference.. but.. :/ I really don't see it mattering too much.. other than like.. wait-time being shorter for your desired effect.

You should try salt on watercolours. :3

:) I did, it was part of this big thing we did on using techniques in watercolors. It's just that I favored the alcohol so I bought some of my own. I just didn't know what type my teacher used, and I experimented last night and I didn't see much of a difference.
