Muramasa: The Demon Blade

I finally got this! I haven't played too much because I've been so tired this week and it's technically my sister's game so I don't want to boot her off. The good thing is I don't really want to play games she's gotten further on, but you can play Kisuke's or Momohime's story (on one game file too! Yay teamwork!) so I'll just play Momohime when I get a chance.
One interesting thing though, they didn't dub it. Seeing as it's deep in Japanese culture, which it does not ever care to explain to you, it makes some sense I guess. But the written "translated" dialogue seems to mirror if it was to be dubbed.
And, from the small amount of vocabulary I know...They are not giving you the whole thing. It's not as they are mis-traslating, but it seems like the speaker embellishes a lot more.
It's not that bad, it's just that when someone is speaking for a literal minute and we get two sentences, I wonder what and why we missed something.
Besides that, I'm still and always will be so mesmerized by the art in this game. It seems so interesting, because really all it is, is a an animated background, but they're done so well and it's separated on many layers that move at a different rate. It gives the feeling of depth.
Hehe, when you fight sometimes you cut things in the foreground or background.
Each character sprite is it's own fully colored (CG from the looks of it) image. I would really like to know the process or the behind the scenes for this or Odin Sphere.
2D Still Lives! Outside of the handheld game
(AHAHAH. I sat here for like 20 minutes and was confused why I didn't see thing on the blogs when I checked. I forgot to post the stupid thing. Thank god for the back button.)
