My mother saw some surround sound speakers on sale for $300. The original price was supposedly $2200.
She came across this "good deal" from a "guy" she met in a parking lot.
So she buys the speakers and comes home. Then, my brother researches the brand/type and those speakers are actually $150.
Scammed.
Stupidity is a disease.
"I guess I appreciate your attempt at getting a good deal idk but stop spending money you do not have to spend on worthless things"

Dang, that sounds kinda of fishy. I hope those speakers work. For something that is very low in price, and she got it from someone in parking lot? There is something fishy going on there. Hopefully that person's background check is clean. But we can't never tell. There are a lot of scamers around. :(Posted April 25th, 2010 at 1:26 PM by Lucy Lu
