"You should make a blog entry devoted to me, Ryan."
So, one day, about ten or so days after I was promoted to Moderator of the New Users / Welcome forum, there was this really tl;dr welcome thread in NU/W. Excited while surfing through it, glad that it wasn't one of the daily one-liners (no offense guys <3), I was eager to meet this guy who seemed pretty neat. Right away I noticed he was one of the few people to actually go to virtual school like me. So we had a couple things in common leading off. His name is Nick and you probably have heard of him by now. If not, shame on you for not visiting the celebrations sub-forum recently. >:|
I added him to MSN and jeez, he asked me... a bazillion questions. XD And we quickly became friends. And I had fun getting him to quit a sims forums he was staff for. XD; He was sick of the place, and we finally got him "off the island." And whoo was that a whirl. |D Hate messages from former supposed "friends", yadayada. Also, he's also one of the few that talks to me on a consistent basis on MSN. Seeing as I'm not as open on IM as I am on forums. (but that's an entirely different story) Anywho, time passed and he's definitely climbed and learned a lot.
Later down the road he donated 25 smackers (dollars) for me (and other PC commoners) to give me a Tier 5 Community Supporter status. Which I had always hoped for since day one, but knew I'd never be able to pull it off with the type of mother I have. X_x Which, is beyond awesome. <3!
And whada ya know, Nick received Modship on Christmas day. Our new OE Mod. (Damn, for some reason I wish the initials were ET, just for ET phone home! D:)
Nick is quite the bedtime story, I was so bored emotional writing this, I think I'll go to bed. Night~
