2012 brings new things to discover as well as uncertainty about the future. It also brings more of that 2012 doomsday BS that has been running rampant the past few years, despite common sense and scientists actually proving that the predicted Mayan doomsday will not happen! But that still doesn't stop idiots like Discovery Channel, History Channel, Patrick Geryl and other morons from continuing to shove their doomsday shows and books down our throats!
Since the world will end in 356 days from now (we are in a leap year, so we have the 29th of February), I've decided to have my own fun with this "phenomenon". Don't worry, I'm not going to talk about how the earth will suddenly reverse its magnetic fields or anything like that. I lack the intelligence to make sense of that stuff.
The reason for this title if I'm not going to talk about 2012? A certain 80's song that critics think is probably the worst song in history.

I got an Anime that hasn't been officially released yet!
I'm afraid not. The person said it hasn't been officially released yet, but they got it beforehand and were selling it there.
I can give you a hint. The series already premiered on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. Also, it's the sequel to a popular anime.Posted August 2nd, 2009 at 6:54 PM by Mario The World Champion

I need a Con Fix
Well, if I somehow got $5000 out of nowhere, I would save a good chunk of it and keep a bit for myself to blow off on.Quote:

REALLY considering getting a Wii
I am getting a Wii just because I want to get a Wii Fit. My parents have a Wii just because of that. XD And I would love to play old games from the Virtual Console. I went to Best Buy on Sunday, and there were a lot of Wiis. But I have a feeling during Christmas they might be gone again. So I better buy one. Same goes the Wii Fit. Those are pretty popular. So don't be suprised that it will start selling again around the holidays.Posted July 28th, 2009 at 11:53 AM by Lucy Lu

Update on my Dad
I am so glad your Dad is doing so much better. That was a total scare...man having cancer is no laughing matter. I was glad they caught it early. Lol, Hillbilly music! I think I will join you on that. I don't like country either. There is no beat so you can't dance to it. I love to listen to music that has a beat.Posted July 28th, 2009 at 11:44 AM by Lucy Lu

I need a Con Fix
I think I'd put a priority on managing my finances versus wants.
Just my two cents.Posted July 28th, 2009 at 5:23 AM by bgt

Update on my Dad
Hillbilly music is what I call Country music. I hated it ever since middle school when they would just play that stuff in the mornings. That's the last thing I wanted to hear in the mornings. All Country music is about dogs, hunting, love, death, guns, alcohol, pickup trucks and being all depressed!
THAT'S IT!Posted July 13th, 2009 at 7:47 PM by Mario The World Champion

REALLY considering getting a Wii
Geez, I remember when the Wii was selling out all over the place when it was first around. Now you can find one anywhere. Guess I waited for a good time to get one.Quote:It make sense that there are not any pre-owned ones I think, seeing as for months and months it was almost impossible to get one when it first came out.
The Wii really doesn't have a large collection of really good games, but usually the ones that are good you can play over and over again. I don't know, I just know even when I haven't played it in a while it never crossed my mind, "maybe we should sell it back".Posted July 11th, 2009 at 6:52 PM by Mario The World Champion

Michael Jackson
Yes he was the best in the 1980s, but when the mid 90's came around that all the trouble came about him. But I didn't let that get to me. I didn't listen to that. It didn't effect me listening to his music. Which during that was was pretty awesome as well. But I agree in the 80s that was his decade. I heard about Ed by watching Star Search and The Johnny Carson Show. Farrah through Charlie's Angels.
I am listening to his album "Dangerous" now. Great music right there. I might listen to History next. I want to hear Thriller, Bad, Billie Jean, and Beat It.
I swear 2009 has turned to the worst year. And I truly believe it is the worst year. I admit it.Posted June 26th, 2009 at 2:54 PM by Lucy Lu

I could have sworn you said you were already 28 at some point, but I guess I was mistaken. Happy birthday! (don't forget to have wheels, motor and steering wheel attached to the rocking chair, that will make it a rockin' chair) XDPosted June 7th, 2009 at 5:54 AM by Gerri Shin
