My place on The PokéCommunity Forums

Posted December 13th, 2011 at 9:43 AM by seeker (sonder)

If you think this blog applies directly to you, it doesn't, this is a collection of experiences from PC over nearly 3 years.

I started here a few years ago, as pretty much a complete noob. I mean, you don't need to go far to see that. But in time I grew a lot, both morally and intellectually as a person. Perhaps this was due to changes in my own life as much as how the internet impacted on it. But around the time of my second moderation in Graphics & Photography, I learned that...

So remember how I named my 1TB external Prof. Oak?

Posted December 13th, 2011 at 7:56 AM by Nina (Pallet of The Heart)

It died.

Unfortunate implications.

Maybe I should pick better naming choices. Ash died multiple times, as so did the device named after him.

Tablet? Netbook? Notebook?

Posted December 13th, 2011 at 7:15 AM by Twiggy (Diaries of a Quadruped)

I think I'm so selling my old laptop now. It's literally falling apart - creaky hinges, faded out keyboard labels, light leakage on screen edges, less than 1.5 hours of battery life, unreliable Wi-Fi, toasty CPU... I'm gonna sell it anytime soon! (And I checked and it seems to be worth less than $100. AAAAARGH!

Now, what's a good choice for me when it comes to portable computing? (Having it within $700 range is a good idea, but I might end up being strapped for cash. Again.)

I went to see a dentist surgeon yesterday, about getting my wisdom teeth pulled out, and he told me, removing them all isn't necessary, because my top wisdom teeth are acting like back up teeth; meaning that if they go down, they'll push my molars out and replace my molars. As for the bottom ones, one of the left side is fine and he said it may or may not grow up, but for now it's not causing any harm and the only one that needs to be removed is my bottom right side wisdom teeth, because it's growing...
