Moonlight Silver will be delayed til next week so I can spend some time with Ultra Sun.
Island Sun will be affected by the new games, I'm not sure how just yet--at the moment, the anime is covering an arc that doesn't take place till later in the remix, but an episode will hopefully be out soon!
