So I've just got back from Lady GaGa's concert (The Monster Ball Tour) and let me tell you, this woman is now my idol. She's funny, stunning, smart, crazy, and a good role model. She's so sweet to her fans, and her show was actually breathtaking. I am not exaggerating, it took my breath away.
She opened with Dance in the Dark, and I spent the entire time squeeling because I love her so much. She played Boys Boys Boys (she said it was a tribute to all her gayboy fans), Poker Face, Bad Romance (Best end to a show ever, she was in the Monster Ball thing (This)), Monster, Teeth, Telephone, Lovegame, Money Honey, Paparazzi, Speechless, I think she sang some more but at this moment in time, I can't remember them all, it was just amazing, words can't describe it. I can't get over the fact that I was in the same room as her, and I was right up against the barrier too. I want to marry the woman, she's just so... wow. My legs hurt from dancing, my wrist hurts from doing the Monster Paw/Hand/Sign so often, and for so long, my ears are ringing because of all the screaming. And I swear, she is just as good live as she is on T.V. I had to wait 7 hours in the freezing cold to get in, I'm still numb from it, and then Semi Precious Weapons and Alphabeat played as the supporting bands.
But honestly, Lady GaGa's sets were drop dead stunning. They were so elaborate, and so were her outfits. Lots of fire and flashy lights, lots of crazy, lots of jokes, lots of fabulous, lots of beatiful GaGa, very artistic vidoes played while they changed the sets and while she changed clothes, they were creepy, strange, and very very artistic, I loved them.
Infact I loved every second of the Monster Ball. And Lady GaGa was an hour late to come on because there was a problem with the lights, so while they fixed them Lady GaGa went to get some Fish and Chips... this made me love her even more.
Honestly, this was the most amazing thing I have ever seen, the only thing to actually take my breath away, if you ever get the chance to see a Lady GaGa concert, DO IT. You wont regret it.
