Pokemon Aeon: A new take on a fangame story.

I am starting a blog on my project Pokemon Aeon (formerly known as Pokemon Chronicles: Battle of Past), the core development has been overtaken by Blake7 but I am still the one who will manage the plot of the game.
So I've been working on this game for along time, and the progress been real slow because I couldn't have a proper plot in mind to set the game towards. The main reason was, the plot became repetitive to any other Pokemon game and I wanted to have something which would stand out.. So I felt like making it an indie RPG-esque kind of game, which has a vibe of an indie RPG game but remains faithful as a Pokemon game.
The plot is very different from what a Pokemon game tends to be, though I am not trying to alienate it from the purpose of the games are. Even though the gameplay may be same, I plan to have more features hopefully which I can implement.
