This song for today has a few guitar riffs and solos in it! One at the beginning (relatively simple I suppose), a short piece after the first chorus and then the rather long one after the second. As with the previous this is one song I would think most people would have heard but it's worth a relisten anyways.

Granted, with Guns N' Roses (which is probably not to be confused with Toys R' Us) there's a bunch of songs that have neat solos that are worth listening to besides this one.

Lyrics:
Spoiler:

The song is a love song by the singer about his then girlfriend. The song had actually just started out as a joke in a jam session with the riff, but the rest of the band members went and wrote lyrics and the rest of the song around it. Not a bad result from that as it got them #1 in a few places going off ratings!

That guitar solo is always my favourite part to listen to from this. It leads nicely to the song's ending when it builds up with the 'where do we go now' part. (It's also nicer to listen to on a new laptop with good audio! \o/)

Next entry!

This was one of the first GnR songs I heard and I absolutely loved it - it's suuuuch a good song. It's one of the few songs that's been playing constantly for well-over 20 years now and yet never gets boring. Great choice!

Yeah, I am a big fan of classics that still sound good even after you listen to them a lot. \o/
