The Chaotic Non-Stop Life of Mr. C
Date: 26 April 2016
Time: 12:06 PM ET
Mood: Got a really bad kink in my shoulder, ow!

My college tenure is almost over. Pretty weird to say, but alas it is inevitably going to end. This Fall, I will be entering my fifth and final year of college at Northeastern University and honestly...I can not wait for it to come around haha. Some other college colleagues may shake their heads at me with that statement, but I just want to get the f-bomb out of school. I'm ready for the real world and the life style that comes with it (plus, I just want to start making some actual money haha.)

Spoiler:
That being said, while I don't have to start stressing out about taking the MTELs until the Fall (which are essentially the teacher licensing exam that must be passed in order to become a teacher,) I am currently on my second and final co-op. If you are unfamiliar with a co-op, it is essentially a period of time (generally around 6 months) where you work at a job in your field and simultaneously earn credits towards your degree. It generally has a database that generate potential jobs that you may look into, but I decided to search outside the system. Currently, I work as a substitute teacher in my hometown's elementary school as well as a head teacher in an inner city daycare.

Spoiler:
As you can imagine, my days are long. From 7AM - 6PM, I am constantly preparing material for kids to work with as well as engaging them in productive learning activities in the pursuit of myself becoming a teacher. I manage though. Thankfully - and I highly recommend this for individuals who have a hard time staying on track with things - I keep a journal on me at all times which helps me track what I need to do for the day workwise, as well as outside things like preparing stuff for PokeCommunity and my blog, chores around the house, and just little projects here and there to ultimately have myself feel productive at the end of the day.

Spoiler:
Is it draining? A little bit. But honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm the kind of person who has a "go go go" kind of personality. I'm an ideas man, where I am constantly forumulating ways to figure out how to improve things either in-life or on PokeCommunity. It's a good quality to have in my opinion (as long as you know you're not overstepping your boundaries of course.)
As a result, it's helped me not only help me constantly work to try to improve myself, but has also helped me mature as an individual into more of an adult (although my friends would say otherwise lol.) I don't know...it's hard to explain, but when I look at myself a year ago I know that I've grown exponentially as a person which I'm very proud about.

Anyways, this blog was a little all over the place haha, apologies for that; I generally do not do that. However, as always, I'd like to leave you with some lasting questions: do you find it hard sometimes to keep track of everything you need to do in a given day? Do you write yourself notes in order to remember stuff? How do you like to manage your workload? Are you an individual who constantly tries to improve themselves? Comment below as I'd love to hear and discuss with you what you have to say about this topic!

‡ As always, the "Daily Bloggity" is self written by myself and includes just some of my opinions on different mediums. If you have a subject that you might want me to touch on, feel free to PM me or comment below! I would love to hear some of your ideas! And remember, rate each entry so I can know what you guys like and what to improve on! Tune in tomorrow at 5PM Eastern Time for the next edition of the "Daily Bloggity!" Cheers! ‡
