I've been on vacation.

I haven't been on PokeCommunity for a little while, which is quite unfortunate because I find this place to be fun. What have I been doing that made me not come on here for a little while? Well, I have been doing something for quite some time, being on vacation. It was only a week, but I didn't have the motivation to come online for a little bit. Not like anyone missed me anyways.

During the end of June, I went on a vacation to Las Vegas. I'm not sure if I could say that it was the greatest place to go, but it was a new experience for me, since I was never outside of Canada before. For most of the vacation, I went around looking at things that were in Las Vegas, which included me to walk quite a bit. At least I was getting exercise, something I don't regularly get. Then again, it was very warm there so I never really walked extremely long distances. I went to some kind of mall, which had way too many clothes stores. I never really bothered to look inside any of them, but the mall did look very nice. I also went to another mall (pretty bad that I don't even remember the names of these said malls) which was a little more exciting, for the pure fact that there was a store dedicated to things that are sweet, like candy, chocolate, and other things that they sell. I think it was called "IT'SUGAR" (weird spelling, don't know why it's like that) but I can't be too sure, since I didn't know the mall names. There was a really cute Nerd plush toy that I was staring at for basically the whole time I was there. I also went to other places not related to buying stuff, the Hoover Dam. It was definitely a sight to see, and lots of the information was interesting, despite how warm it was to walk around. Oh, and the hotel wi-fi was terrible, I could barely even use Skype. I also got disconnected a lot, which was annoying.

My experiences with the airports and planes was definitely an interesting one. On the first plane that went to Halifax, it was really small, cold, and I also got sick on it. That one plane was the lone exception to all of this vacation. The rest of this stuff was pretty boring, except the security thing. I hated taking off my shoes, it made me feel very weird. I'm glad that I only had to do it twice. Something that really made me aggravated was missing my flight back home. I landed in Toronto from Las Vegas late because of some kind of door issue. It never detected that it was closed, even though it was so they wanted to fix it before we took flight in case something dangerous happened. Therefore, I missed my flight back home and I had to stay overnight in Toronto. At least I never had to pay for the hotel. Did I mention that I had major jet lag coming and going? If not, well I had jet lag. I still do sort of, since I go to sleep around 4am now, when I used to sleep around 2am before I went on vacation. I don't mind though, because I'm still able to wake up at a decent time, and not be cranky.

This was basically the highlight of my summer, which was "exciting" to say the least.
