So, I'm trying this update to do a narration style somewhere between "first impressions" and a narrative of the journey. Still going to use bullet points instead of a "fan fiction" type narration.

Yeah, I caved in and bought Pokemon Shield. Also the new Leaf figurine but I'll post her after my Shield run-through.

My game crashed while talking to Sonia at the Lab. Specifically it happened as the Rotom phone was popping out, so it might have to do with rendering that in the building.

It didn't crash when I re-talked to Sonia, and no data was erased, but SAVE BEFORE YOU ENTER...

Why do we choose what we choose in competitive play?

Ultimately, what made me pick Shulk over Ike in Smash at the end was merely, that he is difficult to play and because I found his Monado arts pretty interesting. Originally, I went with Ike, just because I saw some Youtuber playing with him and even now I like randomly picking Ike, though, I'd still pick Shulk most of the time, because of his interesting playstyle.
