PokéCommunity is preparing to undergo a major update in 2023. All members should ensure they can access the email associated with their account as a password reset might be required post-update. The exact date of transition will be made available at a later date.

It appears IMGUR will be (and apparently has already started) deleting images that weren't uploaded directly to an account. You can check the update notes on IMGUR here.

We know a lot of you will have used IMGUR to upload images for your threads and other PC content (signatures, flairs, etc.) and not everyone was doing so with an account.

So please note that some of your existing images may break at some point in the future. We recommend making an IMGUR account if you plan to continue using IMGUR.

    I can agree with this. There should be some sort of balance.

    It's true that doing activities for their own sake, rather than for some purpose, has been shown to be important for well-being. But it's irresponsible to neglect future plans entirely.

    Yep, it's all about balance I think. I mean, if everyone spent their time creating, and no one consumed, what would be the point?

    "Sure, consumptive hobbies are fun in the moment." I have felt this way after finishing a game. While I am both a consumer and a creator I fear that I am consuming more rather than creating. That may actually be causing me to be less creative too...

    Sorry I was just trying to open up a less AHH dialogue :( that CQ&F thread seems quite aggressive, for what it is. More people voting would be great in general though, although I don't know how much blogs add ;-; blogs themselves probably need more of a signal boost these days XD.

    Your viewpoint of importance is not the only viewpoint. You've already made your opinion of its importance clear in the thread, what's the point of coming onto my blog to make it superUBER clear that you don't think it's important?

    Anyway I put it here because I remember staff saying before that CQF polls aren't really important because the only people who read it are people that visit CQF. So I wanted to signal boost it so people outside of CQF could see it and express an opinion.
