Just what's going on with Pokémon Groups these days?!

I know something strange is going on these days. People are quite the fickle one - sign up, then bolt away. I've seen a lot of deleted posts in threads... including my clubs. Whatever is happening there, it is going to harm everyone involved in the health of Pokémon Groups. It's one thing to not like a group. It's another thing to pretend that you're in a group for show. Nobody wants to be the person that just sits there, huh?

When you're signing up in a group, one thing you should know is that you are a member of the group. Members are supposed to support the group... like how the group supports the member. It's a two-way relationship, between the member and other members of the group, the group creator and/or helpers, and other little things like that. I've already seen lots of clubs starting to fall apart... And I can't even try to reply to some of my clubs right now, simply because no one else replied to it.

This is probably more of a mentality problem.

Maybe it's time for me to reconsider some of my club-posting policies... Maybe I'll do some more aggressive prodding on the behalf of all the clubs.

Pokémon Groups: These aren't just for show, you know. If you're interested in a group and want to join it, you've to give it all you got, and be active. Even a post a day will do! If you don't really have an interest in the group, you might want to reconsider joining the group. Deleted posts don't quite look good when you come back to it, no?

What's a Pokémon Group?

If you make the clubs good enough then people do reply to them after joining - a lot of the clubs aren't having these kind of problems. Maybe take a look at the topics etc that're being posted in your clubs and try discussing the members' posts more? Also posting things like "Hmm, I think I might want to prod people again... I do hope that people take advantage of subscribed threads, cause it seems like all the old members are gone. " in clubs really doesn't make the club look very attractive to post in. :x

Just chill and remember it's not the end of the world if your club isn't getting that many posts; maybe all of the obvious topics have been discussed already due to the old cute club and how long this one has been running and you need to think up some new interesting topics, or maybe you just need to revamp the whole thing, but either way it is just a club and it's nothing to get angry about. :3

You yourself should interact with those members right away so they feel comfortable with the group. Simple as that, in my opinion.
