Miles.. doesn't really look like miles to me >_> Ah.. I'm trying so hard to get the lighting right that I tend to rework the drawing. Haha.. I should make lineart next time instead of painting directly on top of my rough.
He just looks a little.. un-cute to me I guess? Haha.. I know he's supposed to be old in the game.. but I don't know. Maybe it's the black-and-whiteness.. hmm..
Well at least it's much better than my speedpaint haha :3

Well.. we'll see how this goes.

Edit: Newest version:

I think Ace Attorney is a cool game and Miles Edgeworth is one of my favourite characters from the series. Seeing you draw him is quite interesting.

However, I can relate in saying it can be off-putting to try and paint directly on top of a sketch. Whenever I do that, I always find myself scratching my head a little because my lines tend to be everywhere and don't really fit the proportions of the sketch I tried to put to canvas.

I guess that's why line art is actually quite essential, you can finalise the pose so it does look natural and something you can be satisfied with to colour.

We need support in the AA club T_T

I guess the difference in levels will just leave me in awe, but I HAD to say that this one Miles has a very kinky look to believe it's him. I see no other problems anyway. Looking forward to the finished version!

Thanks you guys *_* Sig.. you are sooo right! But at the same time, sometimes with lineart the rendering can fall flat because you'll have the lines to rely on. Wanted to try something a bit different by going with this approach. Might take a photo of myself in some loose jeans and look up some sitting poses online for the legs (which are the hardest part for me) but otherwise I think I'm starting to become more and more happy with this.
