Regarding the Revamped Game Corner in HG/SS...

Everything in spoilers for those who don't have the game (not including the ones released in Japan, obviously).

Mostly rants opinions ahead. Not gonna describe the game too much.

OK, I have to admit, when I heard about the change, I was thinking that the new game would be a lot like the flipping card thing from the original GSC. And so I was wrong.

I spent at least an HOUR playing the thing. Knowing how combinations and permutations work (or at least knowing what they are, I suppose) come in handy. I believe deduction may play a part as well.

I like how it does import such a thing in, and I like how it's free (though you really won't get coins too often unless you're able to flip over all the x2 and x3 cards per level), but I really do like the slots with Smeargle and all more.

Maybe it's just because I grew up with slots being in every normal Pokemon game, is all.

Edit: Oh, and while the game may be free, it seems like you can't buy your own coins, which kind of sucks.

    I played for like an hour and a half I manged to get 698 coins. Its way easer to get coins than the slot machines, it just takes time.
