This week's episode was cut simply because Ash and co. are following the game's plot in the remix, not going to school.
I am, however, acknowledging Delia's role in the episode by having her write a reply to Ash--since even though what you see is addressed to Serena, she (and my imagined dad for him, Taran) gets letters from him as well, so it's only fair she get to reply to them, too.
Since next week's episode will be cut as well, it will be Ash's reply to his parents.
