After about four days of pure stress and ringing up countless estate agents and landlords and arguing with my potential flatmates over pretty much everything... I finally have a house!

This is the main reason why I've been slightly quiet on PC. However, that's going to change as of tomorrow, once money has been transferred and contracts have been signed and such. Get ready for something like a 50-post day come Monday.
