Misleading D:<

It was confirmed by CoroCoro that the "New Pokemon" is indeed a new form for Mewtwo, thanks for misleading me Game Freak. It even said "WHO IS THIS NEW POKEMON?" on the official English website announcement >.< Well who's looking forward to it? I certainly am, though I didn't like it at first. I got a large project I have to do for English AND Journalism. I hate how teachers give all the big projects around the same time near the end of the school year, though it's too be expected. Also in other news I've been feeling like a third wheel around two of my friends recently. It was fine and we all chatted away at the beginning, but whenever the three of us are together now, it's mostly just the other two talking to each other. Normally I wouldn't mind, but it almost always seems to happen when every other person I can talk to is asleep or unavailable (No I ain't going into main PC chat anytime soon).

They've done it before apparently. Pokemon.com announced Kyurem's forms as new Pokemon and then later they were revealed as just forms of Kyurem. They did the same with Rotom's forms. It's mostly a marketing trick I guess.

Though my opinion: I like it more now than I did a week ago. I'm sort of disappointed it's a form and not a new Pokemon, but I'll live with it.

I don't think I can accept it as a new form. A new Pokemon, OK, but Mewtwo has been ruined this way. /sadface

I don't see how it ruins Mewtwo myself. You can choose not to use this new form, I'm sure you'll be able to change it back to the normal Mewtwo anytime. Though I still do prefer the original Mewtwo over this form.

Yeah no. See, they don't look extremely alike. The latter looks like the evolution of Tauros yes, but there's enough differentiation between to the two to warrant Bouffalant its own separate identity.

I didn't think they looked so similar that it could be a form, like Pedro12 points out with Bouffalant and Tauros.

This Mewbuu has no charisma as a form, but it did as a new Pokemon. I am. Disappoint.

So there is with the Mewtwo forms. The new one's got a tail on its head.

And this form better have a good story to make up for the lost potential of a Mewthree.

I'm not a big fan of it, and I think it's been overdone now. Mew was fine, and I liked Mewtwo- but a third really isn't necessary, in my opinion.

They always market Forms as new Pokemon as to them, the forms are different pokemon that didn't exist before. Both forms of Shellos and Gastodon as well as all four Deerling and Sawsbuck are considered Different Pokemon according to Gamefreak. Even those with Gender differences. Which is why the official Pokedex for the idevices and 3DS have them as separate entries.
