Day 22: If you were a gym leader, what would be your specialty?

None/Varied.

Diversify your portfolio. That basic premise of investing seems to be completely lost on Gym Leaders. By specializing in only one type, they leave themselves wide open to crushing defeat - all it takes is a single Pokemon with a type advantage to sweep. I hope they invest more wisely than they decide which Pokemon to train...

With that in mind, I would present a challenger in my gym with a diverse selection of Pokemon of various types. Hey, it worked for Blue in G/S/C.

Not that I predict too many trainers making it past my gym puzzle anyway... I'm so totally gonna make challengers parallel park a bus of some sort before they get a chance to face me lol

I've always wanted a Gym Leader who has varying types instead of just specializing in one. It makes the person more of a challenge, making the trainer have to actually choose wisely about what Pokemon they'll use.
