I've been having stomach pain for the past six days. I have no idea why. I guess that means I'm sick with something, hmm... yesterday I had chest pain. There's pain medicine in the medicine cabinet but, unlucky for me, it has a cap you screw off and I can't screw off caps because they're difficult for me. Sigh, my life is so wonder, really. I wonder why this happened to me...

Could be gastritis. That's what I have.. it's like stomach lining irritation. I have to take Lansoprizole for it. Avoid food that irritates ulcers (fatty things and things high in sugar) for now. Avoid caffiene too. Drink water.

It also gets more irritated with ibuprofen, like advil, (that can also be a trigger for it) and don't take aspirin as it will make the acid work. Try paracetemol or co-codomol, but speak to your doctor first.
