    I.. don't think slimfast is the way to go. Once you get off of it, you'll gain those 10 pounds right back .__.

    I'd do something like replacing one of your snacks with an apple or something similar. It might take a couple more weeks to take off the pounds, but it'll last cause you'll get into a routine or something.

    I like to have banana with a tiny amount of nesquik chocolate drizzle. It's delicious and it's low in calories.
    Pineapple also has really good metabolism boosters.

    I know it's super hard to lose weight when you're already at a low weight. Sometimes it's like "OH GOD I CAN'T EAT ANYTHING."

    For me, I'm 106 and I'm trying to get to 95ish.. I'm short (4'11") so it's a healthy weight for me. I just have a little bit of bellyfat that bugs the heck out of me because I can't wear those cute striped sweaterdresses that I love to see on everyone else. Haha..

    Yeah, I do stuff like that, but it never hurts to have a slimfast here and there. :]

    Oh here and there is fine. I thought you were using it as a meal replacement every day like some people do and I was gonna be like.. damn.. that's not very good
