Hiya! I'm going to Europe for three weeks starting from the 11th till the 3rd next year so if I disappear off the face of the Earth, that's why. Anyhow, I'd like to ask if people would know some good places to visit where we're going?
We're going to the following cities, each for 3-5 days:
- London
- Paris
- Venice
- Rome
- Milan
- Zürich
We're already going to most of the iconic places (e.g. Eiffel Tower and Big Ben) but if anyone knows some nice spots to check out then that'd be appreciated. Thanks! :)
On a sidenote, I'm looking forward to all the good places we'll be seeing but if I'll be honest, the food in Europe is the most anticipated thing on my list. British food, heck yeah lads.
I doubt I'll be on much but you're welcome to message me on Skype or PC while I'm away. And if you'd like to meet up or something, then my parents and myself are pretty cool with that! Just expect some awkward waving and my terrible drawing skills used in a mess of a Christmas card. It's the thought that counts though. ... right?
Anyway, happy holidays! Have a good one guys. :)

I've just been in London, Rome and Zurich so happy to tell you a couple of things - with Rome, Trastevere is a less touristy area with amazing cheaper food - had probably the best pasta of my life at a place there.
Zurich is expenisive but at the top of supermarkets they usually have these cool cafeteria things with really nice, fresh food. Also public transport in Zurich aka trams/trains are very good so take advantage of that!
London is really expensive but I've heard there is a really good food court under trafalga square. Try not to eat anywhere really touristy because its crap and really expensive. If you like curry definitely go to Brick Lane as it has amazing cheap curries. If you are interested in pub food - try not to go to gastro pubs they are basically just chains where people go to watch sport. I'd look online near where you're staying for an authentic pub.
Anyway, hope this helps let me know if you have any other questions!Posted December 8th, 2014 at 5:18 AM by Lozz -

It is off of regent street near oxford station. There is some good food around that area which is around King's Court. I recommend Pitt Cue if you can find it (awesome pulled pork) Oxford street and Regent street also has a lot of shopping stuff too. Hopefully you come when it's sale-season.
If you're a foodie and want to shop foodstuff I could recommend borough market, or even Harrods.Posted December 9th, 2014 at 12:56 PM by Kura -
