My new Blog - Alpha Sapphire, and Merry Christmas (or Boxing Day) everyone! - 26th December

So I worked out that I now have a blog after winning a Gold Tier Supporter Rank as a prize from the 25 Days of Gaming event that was hosted at the Video Games forum (if you missed out on the event, it was really awesome fun). What this means is that I can post blog entries right here in my blog, which will be named "GreenFlame's Blog" for the moment, until I ever want to change it.
So there's my introduction...


I recently got Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, and it's really fun. Even though I never played the original RSE, I can tell they put lots of effort into lovingly recreating Hoenn with the new Gen 6 graphics and truly capturing the essence of nostalgia for those RSE veterans. I chose Torchic, and then picked up some others on my adventure. I'm currently working on breeding and EV training a Sylveon and Glalie on Pokémon X which will then be part of my team on Alpha Sapphire. Anyway, I think I'm currently up to the 5th gym IIRC.

For Christmas, I visited relatives and had a delicious Christmas feast. It was great!


To conclude my first blog entry, I'd like to say that I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, and wish everyone a Happy New Year!
I'd like to give thanks to Klippy for all his effort running the 25 Days of Gaming event, which also gave me this humbling prize of a Supporter Rank that lets me have a blog. I truly appreciate it!
