NFL Lockout: Day Amount We Stopped Caring About and All We Want To See Is Football

Posted May 4th, 2011 at 6:37 AM by Sweet Candace

Certainly if you've tuned into SportsCenter, the NFL Lockout continues to grasp headlines. The judge's decision to overturn the lockout was itself overturned and the lockout resumed deep into Day 2 of the NFL Draft. With the NFL Lockout back on, no team could sign undrafted free agents, guys like Noel Devine out of West Virginia or Mark Herzlich out of Boston College. Those guys were all snapped up the fledgling UFL. The NFL's lockout is just what that league needed.

Now, during the first round of the NFL Draft, the NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell was rousingly booed by the fans in attendance with the fans chanting "We want football!"

Now, you're thinking; who's to blame for this whole mess? The owners? The players? The Commissioner? The fans? People are picking sides and pointing fingers as the NFL Lockout is over 50 days long now.
