    Glad you like it. The idea is that the overworld combat and turn-based combat are intertwined in several important ways. Knocking out an enemy on the overworld would give you an advantage like a free turn in the case of most normal encounters. (I messed up in the footage)

    It would also give weapons more unique properties than just "stats are better", cause one weapon could be strong but have a slow swing. That kind of thing.

    There's also different kinds of behaviors for overworld enemies: ones who back away and cast magic from a distance, etc.

    Now i gotta ask: Which one is more overpowered? Mega Rayquaza or Gen 1 Mewtwo? I know they're totally different, disgustingly powerful beasts, but it should be stated.

    So, let's see...

    In terms of how the modifiers work, Sleep and Freeze increase the rate more than the others do. Can't give you the raw numbers off the top of my head, but that I know for sure.

    In terms of personality values, it's basically bytes of data calculated in such a way to give you a certain number. For Wurmple, if the remainder of the final number is less than 5 (0 - 4), you get a Silcoon. If it's greater than or equal to 5 (5 - 9), you get a Cascoon.

    Technology is weird.

    I personally really like Dustox because you can give him some really trippy moves.

    Silver Wind? Sure!
    Giga Drain? Let's go for it!
    Sludge Bomb? I'm down!
    Psychic? Why not?
    Toxic?
    Light Screen?
    Aerial Ace?

    It's versatile, even if it might not be a star player. Beautifly's not bad, but it's not as versatile for me, and its typing's worse.
