Detroit

Well I went to Detroit today because of work. Time to show some crappy pictures.











And some videos







Now you know some parts of downtown Detroit.

Seeing as I don't recognize any of this, it just reminds of the fact that even though I've been to Detroit a million times, I haven't really been to Detroit haha. I literally go to Comerica or Joe Louis and that's about it.

Yeah, if you're curious, most of these pictures were taken actually right by the Guardian Building lol. I was on, woodward I think with the dogs? lol, right by the riverfront. Soon after I took the people mover from Financial District around town.

I later went to Greektown and spent exactly $3 on slots, and gave the winnings (they were meager) to some random passerby. Eh, I counted it as a loss anyways. lol

"Place" was filmed in the Compuware Headquarters".

One of the first things about Detroit I ever saw was the Packard Automotive ruins. Detroit is really in a bad place, right now.
The amount of respect I have for the people that live there, though, is unbelievable. I mean, looking at people who've stuck by that city, it's really amazing how much people will go through for their town. Live long, Detroit, or at least die hard.


On a less serious note, you're pretty cute, actually. :3

Honestly Detroit is a beautiful city downtown but it needs hella better management. It's really depressing since a lot of the buildings down there are really beautiful. I kind of like the "Feel" of downtown but I wouldn't want to be caught there at night. It's surprising how friendly the locals are, at least in downtown.

Oh and they have random IPhone ads that are really big all over the city for some reason.
