Guess you people really did miss name changes that much...

Welp, four months have passed since my last blog complaining about name changes, & you guys are already back into changing them again...

Guess that means that you all really did miss having name changes available to you after all.

But before you guys say to me, "Don't be such a party pooper, Blade! We're doing this for fun!" let me tell you this: Though you guys might find changing your name fun, other people like me find it confusing as hell, especially if you guys are going through those aliases faster than a high-strung person goes through coffee, for a lack of a better term.

So, explain this to me: How the goddamn hell is changing your name fun in your eyes?

Well, if I gotta look at my username every time I post, I might as well have it be something I enjoy, right?

Some people just like change, and it's just a name on a forum that shows up in your postbit. It's not exactly who you are, it just a form of expression, and a lot of times you can still tell who everyone is by their style of graphics, or user info, or how they talk / type. Also it's not that hard to view username history, if you're curious enough.

And people come across better usernames far too often. Much more often than you think. So they try to catch hold of the name as soon as possible.

People often get tired of their username rather quick :)

Just like some get tired of their sig, text format, profile colors etc :)

everyone knows me by anna anyway it's not like changing my username is going to be confusing for anyone who knew me by a nickname of a previous username

Lol i gotta agree with you here XD its kinda frustrating when everyone changes and I have to go to their profile and statistics to see who they are

I dont mind too much but I wish there was an easier way to find who they were previously than what's available now.
