PokéCommunity is preparing to undergo a major update in 2023. All members should ensure they can access the email associated with their account as a password reset might be required post-update. The exact date of transition will be made available at a later date.

It appears IMGUR will be (and apparently has already started) deleting images that weren't uploaded directly to an account. You can check the update notes on IMGUR here.

We know a lot of you will have used IMGUR to upload images for your threads and other PC content (signatures, flairs, etc.) and not everyone was doing so with an account.

So please note that some of your existing images may break at some point in the future. We recommend making an IMGUR account if you plan to continue using IMGUR.

This blog mostly contains my latest escapades in the Pokémon fandom. Be it related to the games, the anime, my collection, or PC itself, this blog should have it. I assume this will mostly be filled with collection updates, since that's my main interest in the fandom, but we shall see. Thanks for reading!

hi does anyone still use blogs

i hope so bc i'm about to dump a bunch of cat photos here bc i havent introduced my cat to pc yet.

his name is jude nyathis, named for jude mathis of tales of xillia except my cat is really dumb unlike his namesake. (i love him all the more for it tho.)

he follows me from room to room and meows at me to turn the tap on for him and he likes to go for walks outside.

Part of me wonders if people who keep up with me off of PC will even really register my name change...? So many people associate ME with the name Cherrim before even the Pokémon that it wouldn't surprise me if everyone forgot it wasn't my name here too.

But anyway, yeah, name change! I've had the name Lightning on PC for over 11 years now so this is kind of a sudden change but, honestly, I've wanted to switch to Cherrim for years now. I couldn't...

Got a 3DS!

Unfortunately, I was unable to get the Kingdom Hearts 3DS, although I really wanted it because it was gorgeous. ;_; Play-Asia never put it up for preorder, though, and whatever allocations they got were sold out by the time I checked the page again. That's annoying, but apparently it was going for like $500 so it's probably a good thing I didn't even have a chance to buy it. :x
