This little .exe has saved me [I]hours[/I] of boredom... literally. Frantically searching for proxies, just to find out they've been blocked is pretty lame. Just pop this little guy on to your memory stick, and off ya go! Or, if your school has a student network, save it to your student drive (in a semi-hidden location).
