Part 1: I learned to cook
I decided that I was no longer going to be the person that didn't know a single recipe and abhorred the oven so I taught myself cooking starting soon after I left PC and now I'm basically a master chef. I've made a few things every week so I'm not going to post pictures of everything I've done but here are some highlights + a few pictures:
-Various quiches
-Beef stuffed potatoes
-Pork and cabbage potstickers (from scratch, not frozen)
-Spicy dragon noodles
-Chili lime pork loin
-Jambalaya
-Taco pizza (from scratch, not frozen dough)
-Pumpkin bread
-Creamed spinach quesadilla/creamed spinach pizza
-Fettucine alfredo
-Sriracha chicken strips
-Zucchini fritters
-Teriyaki salmon with chipotle mayo
-Full thanksgiving dinner
-Enchiladas
-Cajun blackened tilapia
-Brown sugar chili pork tenderloin
-Slow cooker turkey chili
-Sweet potato corn cakes
-Bourbon glazed salmon
-Full Easter dinner
-Fish tacos
-Lasagna
I left out a few that weren't as interesting and only added a few of the pictures (because who needs 50 pictures of food), but I feel at this point that I am the master chef. Now I can live on my own and eat like a king. A KING!
