So, I'm back to doing this, if somehwat intermittently.

First point - it's not just me that finds that woman's voice annoying, is it? I dunno what it is, it just really grates on me. Anyway, this is another classic episode. Ash is stupid, Misty is annoying, Brock is lecherous. All is as it should be. We have yet to encounter any truly awful episodes, so I guess I have that to be thankful for.

Nevertheless, this episode was just a bit 'meh' for me. I suppose it was ultimately a bit too perfect - with no real stupid mistakes typical of the early anime, its almost less fun to watch. Definitely not no fun at all, though. Anyway, here's the ELOT:
