Yeah, I guarantee whatever you're feeling is not comparable to coke, meth, or any kind of amphetamine.

Social anxiety, too much caffeine, a lack of sleep, caffeine withdrawal, and basically anything that can otherwise lead to a panic attack can cause you to shake violently, as well as many other things.

Stepping out of your comfort zone is crucial to actually expanding your comfort zone when it comes to reducing your social anxiety, even though that is something that is very difficult to stamp out.
