yeah, twitter/FB are active...they update once in a while when we get some forum updates and stuff. :D

They work but all they do is stop the physical symptoms of anxiety, like they stop me from getting a rapid heart beat and going bright red. Which helps because it makes me feel more confident that I don't look like a tomato lol

I'd go with the tower tbh, that way you can always update it but it depends on what you need it for really doesn't it.
