    When I'm not online, I actually retreat to a pocket dimension far removed from civilization. At least, I'm pretty sure that's what upstate NY is.

    i actually did dump my emerald and fire red roms off the cartridge
    still doesn't detract from the point anyways; having a physical copy doesn't entitle the user to a software/digital copy and it's still piracy

    jaja ¡de nada! gracias por la esperanza de buena suerte~
    fbi told me the other day that asm is practically obsolete and we should all move to c sooner or sooner
    oh, thank you~ i'll stick around for at least until high school ends/high school gets too busy, but i see school getting easier from here on out. i have no idea what uni will do to my schedule, but it's ripped others' to pieces (gogojjtech coming to mind) ;-;
    but yeah, thanks for reading and i'm glad i've done you a good service! hope next week and those following are better for you~

    read your post on long term hackers motivation thread and felt like coming out of a shell for a moment

    i actually don't know where i would be if you were to just up and leave from the hacking community...
    to be honest, i maybe sorta kinda joined this community because i saw people like you (i actually specifically remember seeing a post from you that caused sort of a change in mindset ahaha) doing things relatively well with the rom and everything's just exploded since then; so many revolutions in the hacking scene as more people learn assembly and even c applicable to the gba now! i still view you as a role model in the hacking scene and can only hope to achieve a level of skill where i can consider myself equal to you as you are now; all i really have is a memorization of addresses and a general knowledge of assembly to help me!

    tl;dr - it'll be sad to see you go someday~
    Thank you so much for saying this. I've been having a bit of a busy and rough week, and when I read this it literally made my day. I put a lot of effort into my posts because I've been here forever and care about the community, so it's really amazing to see that it's appreciated. I actually remember when you showed up to the community and noticed that you seemed very different from the standard newbie who joins for hacking, and I was very happy to see that you stuck it out and the weeks turned into months and eventually into, like, years and seeing you learning the whole way. It's flattering that you view me as a role model, but I have a feeling that you know more than you think you know, and can do more than you think you're capable of doing. Also, I can do C but I don't really know where to start to apply it to the GBA and have nearly zero assembly knowledge (which will change next semester, but still) so you're definitely ahead of the curve in some really important areas. Areas that are just going to get bigger and more important as time goes on.

    Anyway, I don't know how to end this, except to say that I'll see you around! Keep posting and contributing! All of us mainstay hackers have a responsibility to keep discussion flowing and keep the scene alive! Buena suerte.
