Are you talking about Join Avenue or Black Tower?

I didn't actually play through the original BW... but in BW2 for shops that sell stones you unlock them as you beat levels in Black Tower.

If you can, yeah, I'd really appreciate it! :) I actually haven't done much for trying to open up new shops. Just been breeding as of late :3 I read that you have to "do favors" or missions for people in other Pokémon games, but decent literature on what to do seems to not exist :( Do you happen to know of a good guide online I can refer to and open up some shops? I'm playing Black btw :O

Really? I will have to check into how to unlock the shops. I did need them for my national dex, but also wanted to use them to get Jolt/Flar/Vaporeon for my Black 2 :) Want them from the get go! I have two Jolteons in Black and 1 of all the other evolutions, but don't want to let any of them go :(

Why do you need them? Just for your national dex? You get access to buy certain stones when you unlock shops in white forest/black city. You can also buy the stones with BP and find them in the hidden grottos.

xD Ok fine! I will throw in a Premier Ball :] lol. How do you get your hands on yours? I remember there is a certain way to do it in Black, but I forgot because I never did it. I just got them in FireRed and moved them to SS --> Black. Way too long of a method though :(
