Hello a month later! Sorry for the delay, been having technical difficulties. I like song you suggested, could be a good starting palette, one creatively undemanding. I have to admit my voice is not very versatile (no telling how reliable my own opinion is though, it's hard to see objectively), I'm most comfortable with gentle, melancholic songs; my voice might better accompany an acoustic guitar than something loud and strong.

I have a little affinity for covering folk artists (Samamidon, Sufjan Stevens, The National), and I enjoy making hymns less "traditional" and more atmospheric. I do the same with R&B songs (Erykah Badu, Anthony Hamilton, Frank Ocean). I haven't worked much with rock aside from balladizing some stuff by Foo Fighters, but I'm willing to give it a whirl. With enough patience and creative drive I'm sure we could successfully cover any song.

I've been considering covering Blonde Redhead's "Doll is Mine" for some time. I think that's a good meeting point for our tastes. Maybe not, but check it out when you can and let me know how you feel about it, and feel free to hit me back with some ideas of your own. My computer access is quite limited but I'll be as active as possible, I'm investing in laptop repair so my situation should be in order soon.

Random inspiration at 5am, I'm thinking Biffy Clyro's Many of Horror could be perfect? ;o

Awesome! How about list some songs you like singing and we'll see if we have any common ground to work from? n.n

Dude to collaborate with you would be a dream come true! I really appreciate the offer! I don't know where to start but I'll get to brainstorming right away.

Okay so basically you're amazing! I was thinking it could be fun to collaborate some time? I'm a guitarist so I'd be supporting your voice which would be the main feature (it'd be a waste if it wasn't!), so if this idea appeals to you then let's start discussing. :D
