    I know. Its not that I don't want them compatible, but if they are in some way, that probably means the same sort of engine is behind it.

    Yeah, I'm liking the more human-shaped OWs, but the limbs seem a bit spindly to me, from what I can see. It'll be interesting to see how they go.

    I can't imagine they'd make it incompatible with HGSS considering how close the releases are, and as they're on the same console, so I don't foresee many changes on that front. But I'm no expert xD

    I meant more in the overworld change, but yeah.
    I think we do need a change up, some way or another.
    All the games since gba have been compatible, which means the only main refresh to the series was g/s/c to r/s/e.
    I hope it isnt compatible with hg/ss/ or d/p/pl and they do a revamp to the whole system, not just looks.

    People already have mimicked it xD I've seen OWs of the characters already, not to mention dozens of Zoroark backsprites :P I think it looks pretty good, and could be a departure from the same-old same-old we've had since Johto. What do you think?

    we are going to start working on an rpg in c++ during the summer.
    then we have a book that takes c++ knowledge and turns it into obj. C. from there the iphone.
    SO what have you been up to?

    I have been Learning c++ and soon objective c.
    My goal is to release an iphone app with my friend who is also learning objective c.
    We will see in two years...

    Well, I mean, that'd be cool and everything, but I have no idea how to do it, even with all the pointers from the thread. Re-making it would be easier, and it'd allow us to have a bit of fun with an old idea, while we work hard on a new one.
