Oh wow I loved every second of that. I feel so bad for admiral zhao. With how he and Zuko almost had a last truce of reaching hands and he ended up drowning. I know he was the villain but that's a horrid fate. Now I wonder what happens to the fire nation without his leadership. Also every time he goes into the avatar state it gets so eerie and intense.

Did you ever do any group presentations? I think those are easier because you can take turns speaking. I had a teacher who made us do presentations all the time, sometimes twice per be honest it wasn't great. I got better at speaking in front of that class, but when I had to do it in front of new people the nerves started all over again.

Have a good rest of your night! Those were great episodes and i'm glad it's picking up. I liked everything up to this point, but this felt like the first major event.

iroh is so good.. everyone wishes they had family like him i'm sure, ahah
s2 and iirc s3 were my favs <3 you'll def like them! excited to see your thoughts!

    omg... performing for a crowd would make me so anxious too. people who can do that and enjoy it have all of my respect. even singing in front of a class for choir would make me so nervous, i used to make excuses to skip out on presentations hahaha ;_;

I'm about to finish up season 1 tonight. I'm about to get to the siege of the north episodes. Zuko and his uncle Iroh are both my favorites. I've heard good things about season 2 so I can't wait to start that one. This has become something I look forward to watching every night. Still pacing it at 2 episodes, but doing 3 tonight so I can start season 2 tomorrow.

Voice acting fascinates me, but i'm not sure where one would start. I have a sibling who does theatre, and I couldn't imagine preforming like that for a crowd. But she does it so naturally. The closest I've gotten is when I was in the school choir, to get our voice range we had to sing individually in front of the teacher. (With the class watching).

gah I dunno. water seems awesome, so does air.... and earth is my natural element as a taurus, so that one clicks. probably earth in that case. water is a good choice :'D

Then I feel so much better about myself after I finish, because it's never as bad as I worry myself over.
OMG, I know. i get this so often. not too worried over phone calls anymore (unless they're work calls, I know my co-workers can hear me make calls so I get tons more nervous and shaky having to do them). it's such a great feeling when you're done! i can totally understand

and aaahh thank you ;_; yeah i've been drawing for years, i appreciate that so much!!! meanwhile i'm envious of those who can make music, voice act etc ahaha there's always something someone else can do better than another person

If you could be in the show and learn one of the elemental skills, which would you choose? It's a random question but I was watching and thinking about how I would want to join the water benders.

Oh it's okay. At the time the side effects didn't bother me too much. I was so happy to be on a medication. I pretty much kept it hidden for a year about having anxiety, and I was so excited at the thought of reduced symptoms. But yeah your right that is a trigger. Phone calls make me shake. I could ask someone to call them in for me, but I don't like doing that. I guess it's a pride thing. Then I feel so much better about myself after I finish, because it's never as bad as I worry myself over. I tend to rehearse calls in my head before I make them.

Btw I have to mention, I clicked the art blog link in your signature. It's amazing. It blows me away how you and others can draw to that extent. I just scribble Pokemon on microsoft paint and it's what I upload, but I see stuff like that and it's just astonishing.

zuko grows so much as a character over time ;o; he really grows so much, it's great to watch!

It gave me constant loud ringing in my ears, along with brain zaps.
omg that sounds like a nightmare. good thing you got off that, dear god :x and my mom is on lexapro too!! it works very well for her also o/ but yeesh, i wish prescription refills could be done online or via an automated phone system, especially in the case of anxiety drugs. phone calls are a trigger for a lot of people who rely on this type of medication and it seems backwards to require it :(

I started watching it. Pacing myself at about 2 episodes per night. I really do love it, especially zuko. He doesn't seem like an evil person to me at all. Just someone trying to gain acceptance from his people...even if kidnapping the avatar isn't morally correct. Unless I'm wrong and he starts doing something horrible. To be honest burning that village wasn't nice, but that was more the fire nation as a whole.

My doctor prescribed me buspirhone at first, but that was a really bad experience. It gave me constant loud ringing in my ears, along with brain zaps. She quickly got me off it. Right now i'm prescribed lexapro, which works almost perfectly. I get no side effects, and I can go weeks without anxiety. Before it was chronic and I never had any peace from it. I need to make a habit of calling my refills earlier, but I'm not the biggest fan of doing phone calls, so I always wait until i'm down to the bottom.

toph is awesome! they are all awesome tbh, avatar has one of the best stories and characters around. you're gonna love it :D and Korra is the sequel yeah, takes place in the future with the kids/grandkids of the main cast in the original. I liked it a lot too, but nothing will top the original still! lol

I'm not on any prescription meds personally, got close to getting anxiety meds once but mom talked me out of it because she didn't want me to get addicted. which is kind of good and kind of not, sometimes people just need medication and there's nothing wrong with that at all. she made me embarrassed about feeling like I needed it back then :( now I take over the counter stuff like ashwagandha when I feel stressed, or another supplement I order from a third party which helps a ton. definitely lifts my mood and isn't addictive, so don't have to worry about that. got a bunch of leftover pills that expire december though, since I haven't been needing to take them as much T_T but they were all so pricey so I'll try to take as many as I can before then!

You have it exactly correct about how it feels. I didn't even know what a panic attack was. The ER staff was actually really understanding, so I kind of lucked out.

It's been my first time on any sort of medication. Hopefully it keeps working, it's the best I've felt in a year.

Yep it's the Airbender one...this aired when I was a little kid, I remember liking the animations but was too young to understand. Most of it is a blur. I think there's an earth person named Toph? And a fire man with a mohawk. And an owl.

I don't watch too many shows. Mostly in the evenings I'd rather spend the free time posting here or playing video games. But starting this one will be so so exciting

    I think there's a spin-off called Korra?

I'm glad you're okay!! ;o; that sounds so stressful.. I have some friends in similar boats, although mine weren't that bad they felt like they got close. But that's how anxiety is, making you feel like you're going to die even though you won't. it's horrible :(

glad you found meds that work! yeah xanax is known for being addictive and I'd be scared to take it long term, especially from a young age. it may be hard to taper off of it D: it's awesome there's something else working for you now, hope it continues to help out ^^

hop is great. he doesn't seem to be very popular but I like him a lot, and feel like he developed more than a lot of other rivals throughout the story. his theme is also so catchy!

I kind of want to watch the Avatar cartoon, I might even start tonight.
airbender? yessssss its so good you'll love it

For me it happens randomly. I get really dizzy, and feel a sense of dread. I had a really bad panic attack last year which hospitalized me. That's where I was diagnosed.

The hospital put me on xanax, which my doctor pulled me from because she said I was too young and could get addicted. We found something else that worked, and I'm doing 1 million times better ^_^. Yes, it is tough but we can get through it.

I felt so bad for hop. When I noticed him switching his team, then he lost to bede. He really just wanted a showdown with his brother.

The only season of the anime I've watched is diamond/pearl. It was nice, but team rocket was so frequent. It was like every episode. I might watch Kalos.

I kind of want to watch the Avatar cartoon, I might even start tonight.

oof I understand. I never got diagnosed but I definitely have situational anxiety and am absolutely terrified of things like public speaking and etc. sometimes I seem totally normal but in certain pressuring situations my face will go red and I'll be speaking poorly... it's tough ; ; we can do it!

ooh yeah, bede was cool. he really reminded me of the early pokemon games since his mean personality was something we haven't seen much of since, lol. definitely agreed there

shield for me :D but yeah allister is super cute. grown more attached to bea from the anime though, she was so cool in twilight wings!

I'm not quite at graduation yet. I'm considering transferring.

I'm not sure of my next steps. Since leaving highschool a couple years ago, it's felt like a world of uncertainty. Recently I was diagnosed with anxiety, I guess it explains that reoccurring feeling.

I picked psychology because I would like to get into social work. My mother is a social worker. I would love to help children with disabilities.

Oh, thanks for letting me know! I didn't think the story in sword/shield was a strong point, but I did like the characters. Bede was interesting, he was the first mean rival in so long.

Did you play sword or shield? I ended up with sword, but the ghost gym in shield looked way cooler.

got it \o/ no worries, even if you try doing it again it won't send a duplicate notification!

Lanturn is sooo cute. I love it a lot, definitely one of the best ones. Psychology seems really interesting too though, one of the majors I wish I did when I was in school but never ended up choosing! is there anything you're hoping to do with that once you graduate? :O

and yes I do have the dlc. the isle of armor by itself isn't the best and the story is a bit bare (and short), so for that alone I wouldn't say it's worth it, even with them bringing back some old pokémon. but the crown tundra is supposed to be the bigger of the two expansions, so once that comes around I definitely think it'll be more worth it!

Oh okay. I sent it, I think. It's clumsy of me but I actually don't remember if I did or not. I don't want to be bothersome and do it again by accident.

My favorite electric type is lanturn, it's one of my favorite pokemon of all time. I love marine biology and lanturn is perfect. I kind of wish I were studying that instead of psychology.

Btw, do you have the DLC for Sword/Shield? I'm curious to know how it is, it's a bit pricey so I took it out of consideration.
