The video wasn't available when I went to view it, but I assume you mean the Seth Rollins thing? That guy needs to go to prison!

He claims he done it because "Seth" scammed him out of money. He didn't. He also claims he is related to Roman Reigns!

I don't know if you saw this but

It sucks so much that fans attack wrestlers like this. I'll never understand the reason.

No it's okay. I was probably anxious and overthinking.

I'll be back in those sections soon. I'm going to stick around Trivia for a bit.

    It's totally okay.

Admittedly, I did get that impression. I thought the post was a warning. Feeling slightly embrassed/ashamed, I kept quiet and logged off for a few days.

That's not a bad thing. There's nothing wrong with getting the chance to disconnect for a bit.

I wasn't specifically addressing you with my message in the creepy people thread btw!

It was more of a general reminder, I'm really sorry if I gave you that impression!

It went well thanks for asking. I totally forget about the covid restrictions and how strict they can be in doctor's offices. Otherwise, there was a death in my family that morning and suddenly the appoinment felt small in the grand scale of things.

I've been watching AEW for the last month. I think it's fantastic. I was a WWE fanatic. I thought "Well, WWE is wrestling, why would I ever want to watch anything else". I feel rejuvinated watching AEW. The storys all intertwine and the plot lines seem to have long term impact. It's like watching a proper TV series. I don't think I can ever go back to WWE at this point.

I have played Chess for the last two years, off and on. I think it's something that should be played for fun, as a hobby. Unless you plan on attending tournaments or you want to make a name for yourself. I will never be a good player. I hover the 1,000 ELO ranking. I know how to protect and fork, but that's it. It doesn't matter because I still have fun.

I'm very excited for the new spiderman movie coming in December. Although...I haven't watched spiderverse yet. It's animated and that makes it way less interesting to me.

I don't know if you've had your appointment yet, but I do hope everything went well! :)

I have definitely stopped with WWE it seems. Like you, life has got in the way, and as I said, for the first time in forever, I just have no urge to catch back up this time. The same happened with formula 1 too. I was a die hard fan, I mean I watched every second. Practices, tests, I had watched all the footage I could find / trade for races going back to the first one in 1950. Then... I just stopped last year when I got really ill. It was no longer the sport I fell in love with you know?

Chess is very cool, but I haven't got the brain processing speed to play it right now. I will definitely look at getting back into it though if I get a bit better :)

How long have you been playing?

Loki is excellent, very approachable. It heavily references Infinity War and Endgame.

I still haven't seen What If? myself yet! I must get on it!

It's okay, don't worry about taking a while. Hopefully whatever ails you works out. I'm leaving for the weekend so I'll reply now.

I did call this morning to make an appointment for early November. I hate doctor's appointments, but i'm on a prescription so I can't keep avoiding it.

I watched Crown Jewel. For the most part, other hobbies have taken priority for me over wrestling. Like for example if I'm studying chess, I feel like I'm getting more enjoyment from it than watching wrestling. I guess that's part of growing up. We explore different hobbies and fall from others. From what I witnessed, it doesn't seem much has changed. Becky Lynch is champion of her respective division, Roman and Brock are main eventing (Expect Roman is the heel). Goldberg had what looked like the greatest match of his career. I'm not even a fan of him, but it was quite something. I never witnessed the Attitude Era or WCW because I born at the tail end, so I hold no nostalgia towards these older wrestlers. I'll cut this here because I could ramble about pro wrestling forever.

I don't know if your into horror, but I saw Jaws for the first time. I thought it was fantastic. I do need to catch up marvel, my older brother has been texting me about how great Loki and What If? have been.

Sorry for taking so long to reply, I haven't been particularly well lately, and I'm wayyyyy behind on messages!

I'm still glad you got the help either way, hopefully that will stand you in good stead for the future. No one should have to go through that.

When I was still watching WWE, women were clearly becoming an afterthought once more. I think it coincided with the re-hiring of people from previous eras. Women's matches are poorly booked, almost as though they are a "token" add on. They also have too many people on the books with questionable pasts regarding female wrestlers. I think I'm done with WWE tbth. I've never gone this long without catching up before, but I can't see it happening this time, which feels like a shame, but at the same time liberating, if that makes sense :)

I love UP! The first 8 or 9 minutes are emotional to say the least!

No not really wise. I didn't seek help until I was forced into hospitalization. (a panic attack I mistook for a heart attack). Then I was 'lectured' that I need to tell somebody if something is wrong. I'm still not good at it, but i'm not keeping absolutely everything private anymore.

I agree with your statement. To go further, I think people just want to watch people they find relatable. (in this case people of the same gender). Hence, in a similar fashion, why many games are hesitant on putting a female protagonist over a male protagonist. I disagree about Vince bringing back those kinds of things. We live in a much different atmosphere, blatant sexism would not be without backlash. If you don't mind, could you give an example of the sexism? I'm still curious. The example you gave a few weeks ago was "The women's evolution is over", yet I would find that to be a good thing. The entire point of the women's evolution was to legitimize and normalize them with the men.

Thank you, very nice of you to say. Making threads is a nice way to contribute. Otherwise my presence is very quiet. I hold no interest in the discord side of things, nor any interest at all in staff.

I'll bring it up since you have a disney avatar, i'm in the midst of catching up on pixar movies. Haven't seen UP so that will be coming "up" soon.

I ended up with PTSD because I done exactly that, I thought I could just brush it off. I'm so glad you got help though, you are far wiser than I was.

I'm not really too worried about their women's division being huge, I completely understand why men's wrestling is a bigger draw, I mean most fans are male in the wrestling world. It's just more that WWE has started treating women as little more than objects, or the toilet break match again. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Vince brought back lingerie pillow fights at this stage :(

Your threads are always fun wherever you make them Zeo!

Again thank you for the link. Very thoughtful of you. I might as well mention, the shooter is dead. Instead of surrendering and going to prison, he shot himself in the head. The school did it's best. It was shut down for a while, then they had on site counselors and therapy dogs. At first my attitude was "I need no help". Needless to say, that was a poor way of thinking. I did eventually start taking prescription medication (for the first time ever).

As a heads up, AEW does not have the same sprawling woman's division as WWE. It's still taken seriously, but it's still a new fledgling company and the woman's division has not fully grown. That said, the champion britt baker is wonderful. She plays her character so amazingly. Definitely worth your time to check out her promos on youtube. That said, when you say peeps is it a reference to Christian?

I find it difficult to come up with anything for Trivia/Forum Games without it already replicating an existing games. I guess it's not just a 'me' thing considering how many threads got locked for being too similar.

Nobody should have to go through that my friend, I'm so sorry 😢

I will pm you a link to a video that greatly helped with my PTSD related nightmares. If they come back then give it a try, it's a boring video, but you only need to watch it once, and it does work :)

Epcot is surprisingly nice even when you don't ride anything. Animal Kingdom is like that too, I just love the atmosphere, even if I don't go on anything!

I am going to give AEW a try, thank you! Yeah ignore those kind of "fans" there's no right or wrong way to watch wrestling, those kind of peeps are toxic to the community.

If you don't post it though, it will definitely get no replies!!! I promise I would reply at least anyway. If you decide against it, I might steal your idea in the future at some point 😁

ZeoStar really was. It was a normal morning, then suddenly there was gunfire going off in a hallway. (as this occured, a girl was shot and did not live). I ended up locked in a classroom. It's been 3 years. I'm doing okay anyways. I've tried to be strong and move forward, an occasional nightmare here and there...but it's all good.

We didn't get to explore florida too much. I would have liked to have visited a beach. We did go to Universal and I fell in love with the Virtual Reality rides. Epcot was nice too. I didn't expect I would enjoy it so much, despite not riding a single thing.

AEW is worth trying, it gives me a ruthless aggression vibe. I've seen a post floating the internet stating "There's an entire generation of fans who are now grown up who only witnessed WWE in the PG era. They will never understand true wrestling, do not waste time speaking with them". It was a nasty condescending post. Like there isn't an entire library of videos and archives. I unliked every page that was sharing it around.

I always dread clicking my thread the next day (or week) and seeing 0 replies. It doesn't happen 98% of the time, but when it does, it stings quite a bit. I'm fine with even 1 reply, but seeing 0 does hurt.
