Sorry for not seeing this earlier, I found the thread for the Cute Pokemon Fan Club.

    (Emeralds POV)

Emerald saw Cabbage step up onto the stage from the other side. Emerald didn't have Espeon to save him this time but he trusted his Pokemon and he believed in them.

I hope you guys are ready for this. Emerald gripped the Poké Balls he was holding as he thought to himself and stepped onto the stage.

Emerald looked around as the crowd roared. Two contestants who had done so well will finally be battling. The crowd almost seemed bloodthirsty, as if they were watching a gladiator fight.

As Cabbage raised her Poké Balls she taunted him.

    She never learns...

Suddenly, Flygon appears, roaring majestically followed by Castform.

Time to get this show on the road

"Lileep, Lotad, I choose you!!!" The two Poké Balls flew into the air and fell releasing the two Pokémon who growled cutely.
Sigh. Because cuteness will defeat that Flygon.

Ha ha. We're so going to be the headlines! Anyway...

    (Cabbage's POV)

As I step onto the battlefield, I hear the crowd cheer and roar. This is it. If I wanted this battle for so long, why do I feel this nervousness? Why do I feel anxious? Now that I have this chance to kick his ass, I'm over here acting like a child. I shake my head. Not now, especially in front of all these people. I see Emerald on the other side.

"Are you prepared to go home crying," I say with a hint of mockery.

I draw out a pokeballs. I already used Blaziken, so might as well use Flygon and sadly Castform. I need to make sure to command them and let out their power for everyone to fear. I smile.

"Out at him Flygon and Castform!"

Castform from behind me cheers as she goes up to battle. Flygon in the other hand started roaring out loud. I sure hope Emerald is ready to get humiliated.

Which ever you want, I dont think it matters. Unless the post needs to be top secret or something.

The news the next day. "Two Pokémon Fans begin their nefarious and clandestine operation to take over the world with Role Playing and Fan Fiction"

Yeah. You can end it though. Both of us can do either four or five parts each. So do we start making the post here in VM or via PM?

We would each have the same number of parts. You start then Ill make a post then you do until the battle ends. Each of the parts can either have our own combination or the character's reaction to one

Yep. But now how to divide the parts up? Obviously I start from the beginning but from there...

Exactly. Makes it easier as well because one person wont have to write the entire thing

I like that idea. And also in that way, both sides would be satisfied on their person being on the spotlight. Although it's better to do something like:

    (Cabbage's POV)

    Blah blah blah

    (Emerald's POV)

    Blah blah blah

That way, no one gets confused who's talking.

What we could do,instead of having the post on the perspective of one character including the actions of both is we each write sections of the post. So you would have the first starting the battle then it would switch to my characters perspective continuing the battle and then back again. After sending the sections to each other so we can write the one continuing it, the person making the post simply copy/pastes the sections together.

I guess me. Might as well make the moral sink in by doing that. You have a point, so exchange dialogue before battle so we can just end the post by saying the time is up. Cabbage would probably say to Emerald if he's ready for defeat.

Who will start the battle? And is there going to be any other commentary before they battle. If we both have the same dialogue but from each character's perspective we wont have to end the post just to exchange a sentence.

I like the cheesy commentary part! Totally funny! But yeah, Cabbage will feel incompetent because she's losing and she's giving out commands, while Emerald doesn't even waste his breath. At first she'll deny the truth but then she'll see. Anything else?

Ill just add some of that cheesy commentary that brock adds in the anime "flygons ground type makes it weak to grass" idk. For the end I was thinking that Cabbage sees Emerald's pokemon working together to fend off Castform's attacks without Emerald giving any commands. He trusts his Pokemon to do what they feel is right and his Pokemon know him well enough to guess what commands he would give

Yeah. You pretty have no choice but to use that powered up Giga Drain. BTW, I like the idea of the volcano. That one will make the battle appealing for sure! You can try either Ancient Power combos and say it's like a critical hit, but whatever works.

Thanks, I liked the fire fissure. You could make it so that flygon uses fissure to create a volcano shape then castform makes it erupt.
Probably the powered up giga drain since flygon is a very powerful Pokemon and Emerald has a lotad. That and Ancient Power wouldn't be effective type wise.
