Generally, it's good form to leave help threads open for other people with the same problem.
That way they can see their question and an answer they can try.

Have you tried deleting the save file? That does help with many issues on the load screen.
Either that or you are just plain missing many of the graphic files for your pokemon.
But try to delete the save, and rename your project so the two saves don't conflict.
